Kris Parker

Kris Parker provides training on various topics of personal leadership development, group leadership, diversity and cultural competence, local foods, grant writing and small business, nonprofit and organizational development, focusing primarily on leadership and civic engagement. She also facilitates many kinds of processes including group decision-making, strategic planning and public issues dialogue.

Kris has a Master’s degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership and Management from SIT Graduate Institute in Vermont and a B.A. in Human Development and Social Relations from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana.

Kris currently serves as the Board President for the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana. She actively partners with organizations statewide to advance community development.
