The three-day class focuses on creating an inclusive culture of collaborative learning in teams, communities, and organizations. It is for both new and experienced leaders, managers, facilitators, and graduate students who would like to develop or improve their facilitation skills. It takes place at The Seasons Lodge in Nashville, Indiana. The workshop begins at 9:30 am on Day 1 and ends by 3:00 pm on Day 3. There are evening sessions on both the first and second days. The course also includes an introductory webinar.
