Purdue Extension is pleased to offer Navigating Difference, an intensive cultural competency training, on October 8-10, 2019. This is a professional development workshop for those who work across diversity in communities and want to improve their intercultural effectiveness. (It is not a train-the-trainer to learn to teach the program to others.)
The 3-day workshop will be held at the Fort Harrison State Park Inn, 5830 N. Post Road, Indianapolis, IN 46216.
Workshop dates and times are:
Tuesday, October 8, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern with homework in the evening
Wednesday, October 9, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern with homework in the evening
Thursday, October 10, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern
The cost of this retreat experience includes all meals from lunch on Day 1 through lunch on Day 3 and all materials and instruction for $450. The registration fee does not include lodging. Please make your hotel reservations separately with the Fort Harrison Inn by calling 877-563-4371 prior to September 6, 2019.
