2021 Indiana Legislative Session Update

Since last March we’ve been thinking about how the corona-recession will impact Indiana’s state and local budgets.  It feels like it has been a rollercoaster from restricting spending and drawing down balances to deferred tax payments and CARES act money.  But here we are 10 months later still with questions but a lot more information.  In this On Local Government, we will discuss the December State revenue forecast, the State budget, proposed legislation, and the effect of all these on local governments.
